I can't get past the login page. I have put in the information to start a new account, but it tells me that my e-mail address is already on file and that I should log in.
It sounds like you have already used our webstore to order items before. This means that you already have a registered account.
Just click on "Log In" in the menu bar above (or go to http://storelogin.perfect-word.com/), then, where it says "Returning Customers: Please Log In," type your e-mail address and the password you used when you first set up your account.
Go to http://store-forgot-password.perfect-word.com to have a new password sent to you by e-mail. Be sure that you whitelist store@perfect-word.com in your address to book to receive e-mails from the webstore.

Use the links in the "Resources" box (above, left) or search the webstore (top, right) to navigate to the item you would like to review. -
When you are on the page of the item you would like to review, scroll down the page until you see the "Write a Review" button. This button will always be below the item description and to the left of the "Add to Cart" button. (Pictured right, the "Write a Review" button is highlighted in green for demonstration purposes.)

Click the "Write a Review" button.

If you are not already logged in to the webstore, you will be prompted to log in. (If you have made a previous purchase, you have already created an account. All you need to do is type your e-mail address and password.

After you log in, you will be taken to the page where you can write your review. Thank you for reviewing our resources!
