Q: Where is my Publisher Direct Area login information?
A: See your hardcopy Discount Schedule, or refer to any e-mails from us in response to your bookstore inquiry. This login is separate from the webstore account you will need to create if you choose to order online.
Q: I signed up for an account in your webstore, but the username and password I chose won't let me in to the Publisher Direct Area.
